What truly sets us apart?

Traditional training focuses on content: transmitting methods, tools, and knowledge.
- The participant is able to practice in the artificial and secure environment of the training framework.
- Once back at work, they quickly fall back into their old habits because, although they have 'learned', they are still programmed to function in a certain way.
- Under stress, the brain struggles to access new knowledge and old habits take over.
The Invest in YOUrself method activates 4 essential human characteristics for TRANSformation.
- The participant develops their knowledge and self-mastery, thus having their own user manual necessary for personal development.
- Thanks to this, they develop a universal skill: the ability to create a new habit that can be applied comfortably and sustainably.
- By applying this skill to each of their training themes, they reprogram their behaviours in the relevant area.
- The participant spontaneously applies their new habits in the reality of their work.
Our training themes
The fundamentals of personal development
Modern life requires a great deal of physical and mental energy on a daily basis. Learn to "run on economy" and recharge during the day using simple techniques applicable at work
Developing new behavioural habits requires understanding our patterns of functioning and the ability to "reprogram" them. Discover your incredible capacity to act on your brain.
The difference in our behaviours can be explained by our different personality profiles. Being aware of your own and others' allows for the development of more harmonious and effective relationships
As humans, we are both programmed to resist change and to adapt to it (in the long term). Mastering the change curve allows us to accelerate the process and experience it with greater ease
Physical and mental health: stress management

Stress is an archaic survival mechanism that originally pushed us to react instantly to danger by short-circuiting thought. This reflex, once vital, has now become unsuitable for our modern environment, where threats are no longer physical but psychological or social.
This mechanism still triggers a cascade of hormonal reactions (adrenaline, cortisol) in our bodies that, in the long term, affect our physical health: muscle tension, fatigue, sleep disorders, or weakening of the immune system.
Cognitively, stress disrupts the balance of brain frequencies: fast waves dominate, limiting reflection, memory, and perspective-taking, in favour of impulsive reactions.
It also influences our emotional sphere by promoting anxiety, irritability or discouragement, and modifies our behaviours: fleeing, agitation, withdrawal or aggression.
Understanding these mechanisms, their origin and their effects allows us to learn how to restore physical and mental balance, and to develop stress management strategies suited to the demands of today's world.
