- behaviours: what can we observe that is not in line with expectations, with the good practices necessary to achieve the objective
- the assumed prior knowledge: previous training

An example of a training journey scenario
The manager and representatives from the department collaborate on the design of the training. The concept is validated.
1. The journey begins with a kick-off in the form of a Team Building.
3. Live training in person. Thanks to the pre-training, the session is practical.
5. If necessary, coaching is organised to support employees, individually or as a team.
6. A team building event celebrates the achievement of objectives and is a suitable moment for retrospective analysis of the process.
